Healthy Homemade Caesar Dressing: Quick, Easy, and Delicious

Say goodbye to store-bought Caesar dressings loaded with added sugars, artificial flavors, and preservatives. This homemade Caesar dressing is not only healthier but also easy to whip up.

Most store-bought dressings are made with ultra-processed oils (like canola or soybean), hidden sugars, preservatives, and flavor enhancers. When you make your own, you control every ingredient. Plus, it’s often more affordable, tastes fresher, and can be easily customized to fit your dietary needs or preferences. It’s a simple, everyday swap that makes a big impact on your overall wellness.

My Favortie Brands to Use in this Recipe:

  • Chosen Foods Avocado Mayo– Made with 100% pure avocado oil, no canola or soybean oils, and has a smooth, creamy texture that’s perfect for dressings. It’s a clean, heart-healthy swap that supports inflammation balance and overall wellness.
  • Organic Valley Parmesan Cheese – Their cheese comes from pasture-raised cows, is certified organic. Using high-quality brands like these means I know exactly what’s going into our meals—and more importantly, what’s not.
