My Favortie Brands to Use in this Recipe:

When it comes to making better-for-you meals, the quality of ingredients matters! I love using clean, organic, and minimally processed products that are free from inflammatory oils, refined sugars, and unnecessary additives. Here are my go-to brands for this Healthy Bang Bang Chicken Bowl:

  • Date Lady Sweet Chili Sauce – This chili sauce is a game-changer! Unlike conventional sweet chili sauces that are packed with refined sugar and corn syrup, Date Lady’s version is naturally sweetened with organic dates. It delivers the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy—without the crash!
  • Paleo Powder Breadcrumbs– These grain-free breadcrumbs are my go-to for crispy, gluten-free breading! They’re made with a blend of almond flour, flaxseed, and seasonings, giving the chicken a crunchy, golden coating without the use of traditional breadcrumbs or processed flours.
  • Chosen Foods Avocado Mayo– Not all mayonnaise is created equal! Many store-bought mayos are filled with inflammatory seed oils like soybean or canola oil. Chosen Foods Avocado Mayo is made with 100% pure avocado oil, offering heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and a smooth, creamy texture that blends perfectly into the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Yellowbird Sriracha Sauce– This isn’t your average sriracha! Yellowbird’s version is naturally sweetened with organic dates instead of processed sugar and is made with real, whole food ingredients. It’s bold, spicy, and just a little sweet—exactly what you want for a better-for-you Bang Bang sauce!
  • Organic Chicken and Veggies– The foundation of this bowl starts with high-quality organic protein and vibrant, fresh veggies. I always opt for pasture-raised, organic chicken to ensure I’m avoiding antibiotics and added hormones. As for the veggies, I go for organic shredded carrots, crunchy cabbage, and creamy avocado for a balance of flavor, texture, and nutrition!
