chicken bacon ranch wonton cups

There’s something irresistible about the combination of chicken, bacon, and ranch especially when it’s tucked inside a perfectly crisp, bite-sized cup. These Chicken Bacon Ranch Wonton Cups are my nourishing twist on a classic party favorite, made with simple, wholesome ingredients that still deliver all the flavor and crunch you crave. Instead of traditional wonton wrappers, I use Siete almond flour tortillas for a cleaner, grain-free option that gets beautifully golden in the oven.

Each bite is loaded with tender shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and melty grass-fed cheddar cheese all tied together with a creamy homemade ranch that’s light, tangy, and made from real ingredients like avocado mayo, sour cream, and buttermilk. They’re satisfying without being heavy, and they strike the perfect balance of indulgent and nourishing.

These cups are always a hit whether you’re serving them at game day gatherings, family dinners, or just want a fun way to elevate leftovers. They’re easy to make, easy to eat, and impossible to resist proof that comfort food can still fit into a clean, healthy lifestyle when you start with quality ingredients.

My Favorite Brands to Use in This Recipe:

  • Bell & Evans Organic Chicken – Their chickens are raised without antibiotics or added hormones, fed a 100% organic, all-vegetable diet, and humanely cared for from hatch to harvest. What truly sets them apart is their air-chilled process. Instead of using chlorinated water baths like many brands, Bell & Evans air-chills their chicken resulting in better flavor, improved texture, and no added water weight. It means a crispier sear, juicier bites, and a more pure, natural taste. I trust it every time I want to serve something clean, simple, and truly delicious.
  • Organic Vegetables– Organic produce is grown without synthetic pesticides or GMOs, preserving natural nutrients and flavors while reducing exposure to toxins. Opting for fresh, organic vegetables ensures you’re getting the cleanest, most nutrient-dense ingredients in every bit
  • Chosen Foods Avocado Mayo – Made with real, wholesome ingredients and heart-healthy avocado oil instead of inflammatory seed oils like canola or soybean. It’s free from added sugars, artificial preservatives, and GMOs, making it a cleaner option for everyday meals. Rich in monounsaturated fats and full of flavor, it’s a nourishing swap that supports better health without sacrificing taste.
  • Organic Uncured Bacon – Unlike traditional bacon, uncured varieties aren’t made with synthetic nitrates or nitrites instead, they’re preserved with natural ingredients like sea salt and celery powder. Choosing organic ensures the pork comes from animals raised without antibiotics or added hormones, and fed a non-GMO diet. It’s a small but meaningful swap that aligns with my goal of cooking more intentionally, especially when making meals to support healing and long-term health. Plus, the smoky, savory flavor it adds is unbeatable!
  • Siete Foods Almond Tortillas: Made with almond flour, making them completely grain-free and gluten-free. Unlike conventional tortillas made with refined wheat flour, Siete’s tortillas avoid inflammatory grains and deliver a nutrient-rich alternative. Siete Foods is committed to clean eating, which means their almond tortillas are free from: Artificial preservatives, Hydrogenated oils, Synthetic flavors and colors
