Blueberry Chocolate Chunk Oat Bars – Nourishing, Chewy, and Naturally Sweet
These blueberry chocolate chunk oat bars are a total staple in our kitchen right now—and for good reason. They’re packed with clean, simple ingredients, take just minutes to prep, and deliver the kind of nourishment that supports healing from the inside out. Whether you’re making them as a snack to keep in the fridge for the week, a grab-and-go breakfast, or a wholesome treat to share with someone you love, these bars check all the boxes.
These bars are sweetened naturally with ripe blueberries and pure maple syrup, while the peanut butter and oats provide satisfying fiber and healthy fats. I also add a scoop of collagen and protein powder (about 20g per scoop) for an extra boost. It’s a simple way to turn these into something truly functional for your body.
