Cherry Chia Seed Yogurt Cups (Meal-Prep Friendly + Naturally Sweetened)

These Cherry Chia Seed Yogurt Cups are my new obsession. They’re fruity, creamy, and naturally sweet made with simple, whole ingredients and packed with nourishing fats, fiber, and antioxidants. Whether you’re fueling a busy morning or looking for a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up, this recipe is a make ahead win. Plus, the texture is pure pudding perfection thanks to the magic of chia seeds!

It uses just a few real-food ingredients no refined sugar, no weird thickeners, just yogurt, cherries, maple syrup, and chia seeds. The natural sweetness from the cherries and maple syrup pairs beautifully with the tang of yogurt. And chia seeds don’t just add texture they help support digestion, blood sugar balance, and keep you fuller longer.

My Favorite Brands to Use in This Recipe:

  • Siggi’s – Made with simple ingredients and minimal added sugar just milk and live active cultures. As a traditional Icelandic-style yogurt, or skyr, it’s naturally higher in protein and thicker in texture, which helps keep you fuller longer. Plus, Siggi’s uses milk from grass-fed cows and avoids artificial flavors, sweeteners, or thickeners, making it a clean, nourishing choice I trust for everyday meals and snacks.
  • Maple Hill’s 100% grass-fed organic milk – Comes from cows that graze on open pastures, just as nature intended no corn, no soy, and absolutely no GMOs. That means you’re getting milk that’s not only free from synthetic hormones and antibiotics, but also richer in omega-3s and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), which support heart and brain health.
  • Organic Chia Seeds– Tiny but mighty, organic chia seeds are packed with plant-based omega-3s, fiber, protein, and antioxidants—making them a powerhouse ingredient for sustained energy and digestion support. Just one tablespoon adds a boost of nutrients to smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, and baked goods. Choosing organic means you’re skipping the pesticides and keeping your meals clean and nourishing, just the way nature intended.
