chicken Parm bites

Chicken Parm Bites are everything you love about classic chicken parmesan: crispy, cheesy, saucy just made bite-sized and extra fun. These little golden pieces are perfectly seasoned, pan-fried until crunchy, then finished in the oven with warm marinara and melty mozzarella. They’re the kind of recipe that feels comforting and nostalgic, but also easy enough to make on a weeknight or serve as a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

I love this recipe because it keeps things simple and ingredient-focused. Using organic chicken, real Parmesan, and avocado oil for frying makes these bites feel a little lighter and more intentional, without sacrificing flavor. The crispy breadcrumb coating paired with rich marinara and fresh basil hits that perfect balance of savory and fresh in every bite.

Whether you’re making these for a family dinner, game day snack, or a fun appetizer for guests, Chicken Parm Bites are guaranteed to disappear fast. Serve them on their own, with extra marinara for dipping, or alongside a simple salad for a cozy, satisfying meal that feels both classic and elevated.

My Favorite Brands to Use in this Recipe:

  • Paleo Powder Breadcrumbs– These grain-free breadcrumbs are my go-to for crispy, gluten-free breading! They’re made with a blend of almond flour, flaxseed, and seasonings, giving the chicken a crunchy, golden coating without the use of traditional breadcrumbs or processed flours.
  • Bell & Evans Organic Chicken – Their chickens are raised without antibiotics or added hormones, fed a 100% organic, all-vegetable diet, and humanely cared for from hatch to harvest. What truly sets them apart is their air-chilled process. Instead of using chlorinated water baths like many brands, Bell & Evans air-chills their chicken—resulting in better flavor, improved texture, and no added water weight. It means a crispier sear, juicier bites, and a more pure, natural taste. I trust it every time I want to serve something clean, simple, and truly delicious.
  • Chosen Foods Avocado Oil – A high smoke point (up to 500°F), which makes it perfect for achieving that golden, crispy crust without breaking down or burning like other oils. It’s also made from naturally refined, non-GMO avocados and contains heart-healthy monounsaturated fats so it’s a nourishing choice I feel good about using in my kitchen, especially when cooking for my family.
  • Organic Valley Cheeses – I love using Organic Valley’s cheese and cream because they come from pasture-raised cows that are cared for the right way no antibiotics, synthetic hormones, or GMOs. Their cheeses are rich, creamy, and full of real flavor thanks to the cows’ grass-fed diet, which also boosts nutrients like omega-3s and CLA. The heavy cream is equally special, smooth, fresh, and pure, perfect for creating that velvety texture in sauces or creamy baked dishes. With Organic Valley, you can truly taste the difference that clean, organic dairy makes wholesome, nourishing, and made the way nature intended.
