Sweet & Spicy Noodle Stir-Fry (Vegan & Gluten-Free Option)
Are you looking for a delicious meal that’s packed with flavor and made with organic, wholesome ingredients? This Sweet & Spicy Noodle Stir-Fry is not only gluten-free friendly, but it’s also bursting with nutrient-dense vegetables and grass fed beef. Plus, it features clean, non-GMO ingredient swaps to make your meal as healthy and nourishing as possible.
Why Choose Organic Ingredients?
When making a stir-fry, using organic produce and minimally processed condiments ensures that you’re getting the best nutrients without any harmful pesticides, additives, or artificial preservatives. Ingredients like organic mushrooms, broccoli, and edamame add a powerhouse of vitamins, minerals, and plant-based protein.
If you’re looking for better substitutes for conventional stir-fry sauces, opt for coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, and use organic sweet chili sauce to avoid high-fructose corn syrup and preservatives.
My Favorite Brands to Use in this Recipe:
- Lotus Food Organic Brown Rice Ramen Noodles: These noodles are gluten-free, organic, and made with whole grains, offering a boost of fiber and essential nutrients. Unlike conventional ramen, which is often heavily processed and packed with additives, Lotus Foods’ noodles are made with just a few clean ingredients, ensuring a wholesome, nourishing addition to your stir-fry. Plus, millet is a highly digestible ancient grain known for its anti-inflammatory properties, while brown rice provides slow-digesting, energy-sustaining carbohydrates, making these noodles a perfect fit for a balanced, clean-eating lifestyle.
- Coconut Aminos: A great soy-free alternative to traditional soy sauce, packed with minerals and a mild sweetness. Unlike conventional soy sauce, which often contains genetically modified soybeans and high sodium levels, coconut aminos are made from the sap of coconut blossoms and naturally fermented to retain their beneficial nutrients. They offer a lower-sodium, gluten-free option that enhances dishes with a subtle umami depth without overpowering flavors. Plus, coconut aminos contain amino acids that support muscle repair and overall wellness.
- Grass Fed Beef: Opt for 100% grass-fed, organic beef for higher omega-3s, better nutrient content, and a cleaner protein source. Unlike conventionally raised beef, which often contains antibiotics and hormones, grass-fed beef is rich in conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), antioxidants, and essential vitamins like B12 and iron. The higher omega-3 fatty acid content supports heart health, brain function, and reduced inflammation, making it a superior choice for those looking to improve overall wellness. Additionally, grass-fed beef is more sustainable and environmentally friendly, as it comes from cattle that graze naturally rather than being fed grain-based diets.

Sweet & Spicy Noodle Stir-fry
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 cups Mushrooms
- 2 tsp Salt, Garlic Powder
- 1 package Lotus Foods Organic Brown Rice Ramen Noodles
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 1 cup Edamame
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce (date lady is a clean brand)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
- 2 tbsp Gochujang Paste (I like the trader joes brand)
- 2 tbsp Minced Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 lb Grass Fed Beef
Instructions
- Start by heating 2 tablespoons of organic sesame oil in a large skillet. Add in the mushrooms and a pinch of salt, letting them cook until soft and golden.
- While the mushrooms are cooking, boil water and cook the Lotus Foods Organic Millet and Brown Rice Ramen Noodles according to the package directions. Once done, rinse them with cold water to prevent sticking and set aside.
- Once the mushrooms are done, remove them from the pan and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of sesame oil. Add thinly sliced grass-fed beef with a pinch of salt and let it sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan once done.
- Add organic broccoli florets and edamame to the pan along with 3 tablespoons of filtered water. Cover with a lid and let steam until tender but still vibrant in color.
- Turn off the heat and mix everything back into the pan – the seared beef, mushrooms, and noodles. In a separate small bowl, whisk together organic sweet chili sauce, coconut aminos, gochujang paste, minced ginger, and garlic. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry, tossing everything together until well-coated.
- Dish up your Sweet & Spicy Noodle Stir-Fry and garnish with sesame seeds or fresh herbs for an extra boost of flavor.
