The Perfect Summer Dish

Nourishing doesn’t have to be boring. This tomato risotto is comfort food with a purpose packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients, healthy fats, and collagen-rich bone broth that support healing from the inside out. Made with ripe organic tomatoes, rich olive oil, and fresh herbs like basil, this dish is a celebration of summer’s best flavors while also giving your body the support it needs. We use Kettle & Fire bone broth for a gentle protein and collagen boost that helps repair tissues and support gut health.

The beauty of this dish is in its simplicity: Arborio rice slowly simmered until perfectly creamy, infused with garlic, onions, bone broth. Finished with a swirl of healthy fat from grass-fed butter or a drizzle of avocado oil, it’s deeply flavorful and deeply nourishing. Proof that healing food can still feel like a treat comforting, cozy, and full of goodness in every bite.

Whether you’re cooking for someone you love or just want to nourish yourself with something wholesome and satisfying, this tomato risotto is a reminder that food can be both healing and joyful
